30 Minute Soccer Clinic - Speed and Agility features a number of exercises and drills with speed ladders, cones and hurdles, many of which use a ball, that are designed to improve the speed and agility of your players. These exercises and drills can be used as part of your warm-up or included as parts of your regular training sessions. This is an ideal DVD if your organization doesn't have a specialized strength, speed and conditioning coach. This session was conducted at the 2008 Football Coaching International Coaching Conference, Brisbane, Australia.

Stewart Briggs - Stewart has been a strength & conditioning coach for over 10 years. During that time he has helped prepare athletes for the NBA, NFL, and NHL in America, and AFL, NBL, and swimming in Australia. He holds a bachelor's degree in human movement science and master's degree in developmental kinesiology with a specialization in the training of elite young athletes.
