Please NOTE: If you ordered more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Simply click "Checkout" to complete your order Guarantees, Exchanges and Returns Any unopened video tape may be exchanged within 7 days. Books, CD, DVD, Software and Equipment may not be exchanged or refunded. Any defective items will be replaced immediately with same item number only.
At the time of this listing, all products are in stock and ready to ship. Because our multiple Distribution Centers offer these items in other mediums, there is a remote possibility that the item(s) may be unavailable due to large purchases, inventory errors, payment delays or acts of God. In this event, one of our customer service representatives will contact you with: an expected ship date, an agreeable replacement offer or a full refund.

On the top of each page is our search form. You can search "All Products" by Title, Subtitle,
Author, Description or Item Number by typing your request into the box and clicking the "Search" button. You
can also narrow your search to an individual sport category by using the pull down menu.
Search results are sorted by title. To see our entire listing of products, click on the "All Products List"
link on the top of each page.
Once you find what you are looking for, you can add the item to your virtual 'Shopping Cart' by clicking the "Add to Cart" button listed next to every item. If you need to change a quantity or delete an item, you can do so in your cart and then click the "Update" button. You can also change the quantity to "0" and click "Update" to remove an item from your cart. Shipping and tax are automatically calculated in your shopping cart, depending upon your state and quantity of items ordered. Once you checkout, if your order is international, the shipping rate will adjust accordingly.
Once you have finished browsing the store and have selected your items, you are ready to check out.
To begin the process, click the 'Check Out' button on the bottom of your shopping cart. You will be asked
to enter your contact information and shipping address. At this time you can choose to order offline,
which will place your order in a print fax/mail form you can send to us to pay with a check or money
order. Otherwise, you can order with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit card via
our secure online form.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order within seconds.
Our site protects your transactions with the highest levels of security. Our servers use industry-standard
Secure Sockets Layer (128-bit SSL), an advanced encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator and
Communicator (version 2.0 and above), Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.0 and above), and
AOL (version 3.0 and above) browsers. SSL encrypts all of your personal information, including your
credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be intercepted as the information travels
over the Internet between your browser and our site.

The URL in the browser window displays "https" at the beginning, instead of http.
Microsoft Internet Explorer tells users when encryption is in use by displaying a padlock icon in the bar at the bottom of the IE window.
All items are shipped via UPS or USPS with delivery in 7-10 days.
The method of delivery depends on the number of items ordered and the destination. Generally, if you order 1-2 Items we will ship via U.S.P.S. Priority mail, and 3 or more items will be shipped via UPS, although this can vary for several reasons. For example, if you list a P.O. Box for your address, we can only ship via Priority Mail, regardless of the number of items ordered.
If you have not received your order within 7-12 business days please
contact us for assistance.
On rare occasions, one or more of your items may be backordered,
and we will usually ship what is in stock immediately, with your backordered item(s) shipped ASAP.
Regardless of how many separate shipments are required to fulfill your order, your shipping costs
will remain the same. You will never be charged more for multiple shipments.
Most orders are shipped within two working days. Once shipped, transit times can vary from
2 to 10 working days depending on the destination and shipping method. Our shipping department,
as well as most delivery companies operate Monday through Friday.
Videos and DVDs
Books
Unless defective, books may not be returned. Defective books will be exchanged for the same title only.
To return a video or DVD for exchange or refund, merchandise must still be in its original,
unopened shrink wrap. Unless defective, videos and DVDs may not be returned after they have been
opened. Defective videos, and DVDs can be replaced with the same title only.
All personal information submitted with your order is just that... Personal. We only ask for information that is necessary to process and ship your order, or contact you with questions or problems related to your order. You can rest assured that all information submitted to us will not leave our organization.
There are two main formats of videos available today — VHS-NTSC and PAL.
NTSC (National Television Standards Committee) is the format that is used mainly in the
Americas, Japan and other countries.
PAL (Phase Alternation Lines) is the format suited for VHS players in Australia,
New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Europe, and many other countries.
The formats differ mainly
in the number of horizontal lines scanned to form the video image. Countries where NTSC format
is used will be unable to play PAL format videos without special equipment and vice versa. Please
be sure you are selecting the appropriate format for your country.
